My name is Olga Weiss and I am an expert of European education in the hospitality and education business in Russia and abroad. My career started in 2001. I have over 20 years work experience as a teacher and manager.

The Academic world and students’ needs have changed a lot within the last few years. Education in Russia should be more flexible and help all the students to find their pathways.

 

My goal is to keep developing the education in our country. The new system should meet all the needs of changing reality.
